MISSION:
The mission of this program is to provide English language instruction to limited English proficient adults and increase their ability to communicate effectively in a multi-faceted society. 


DESCRIPTION:
This program strives to motivate students not only to obtain a GED but also to prepare them to be successful as students in vocational/technical programs and successful employees in the workplace.  Working with each other cooperatively and productively, students have many opportunities to acquire and use information.  Students learn to understand social, organizational, and technological systems.

A Literacy Completion Point is the attainment of academic or workforce readiness skills that qualify the participant for further basic education, vocational education, or employment.
