MISSION:
The mission of this program is to provide non-credit English
language courses designed to improve the employability of the
state's workforce through acquisition of communication skills,
and cultural competencies which enhance the ability to read,
write, speak and listen in English.
DESCRIPTION:
The Adult English Literacy program is designed to enable adults
to read, write and speak in English levels of proficiency necessary
to function on the job and in society to achieve one's goals,
knowledge and potential.

JOB TRAINING INCLUDES: Literacy Completion Point (LCP)
A Literacy Completion Point is the attainment of academic or
workforce readiness skills that qualify the participant for further
